What you’ll find here
Yosemite Lakes Park is a non-gated community in the Central California Sierra Mountain foothills located between Yosemite National Park and Fresno near the unincorporated town of Coarsegold. YLP covers about 10 square miles at elevations from 900 to 2,200 feet, naturally landscaped by oak tree, pine tree, and boulder landscapes, pristine views of snowcapped mountains and the broader views of the Central Valley. All homes are custom-built on 1 acre and larger home sites. There are 2,263 parcels with about 1,870 homes.

YLP is administered by an elected board of the Yosemite Lakes Owners Association (YLOA). Declaration of Restrictions (DOR) are not stringent as YLP caters to people who enjoy an active outdoor lifestyle and the community retains its character by individual pride in ownership.

Amenities include a 9-hole golf course with pro shop and coffee shop, riding/boarding stable, clubhouse with restaurant, lounge and library, swimming pool and tennis courts, a ball field, picnic areas, basketball court, volleyball court, tether ball, private security, storage facility, hiking/riding trails and fishing lakes.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming mail/correspondence/incoming calls directly related to delinquent owner accounts.
  • Interact daily with multiple law firms and lien services in connections with mutual clients.
  • Update account status for all collection accounts in coordination with CSG.
  • Process and prepare collection reports for monthly board meetings.
  • Review attorney reports.
  • Research property ownership.
  • Communicate with members regarding payments and account related issues (customers include closing agents, title agents, homeowners/seller/buyers, law firms and lien services).
  • Administer association payment plans.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • A detail-oriented Collection Accounts Receivable Professional is needed to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • This position requires attention to detail and a desire to do it right the first time.
  • A strong customer service personality and willingness to help are highly desired.
  • Must be able to process high volume with attention to detail.
  • 3-5 Years Accounts Receivable experience preferred.
  • Professional written and verbal communication.
  • Collection experience preferred but not required.
  • Confidentiality.

  • Good conflict resolution skills and ability to react professionally to a diverse range of complex problems and potentially frustrating customer issues.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills.
  • Detail oriented with problem solving abilities.

  • Computer skills to include an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) along with ability to adapt to internal management software programs.

  • Ability to use independent judgment to act responsibly and professionally in all interactions.
  • Customer service focus.

Pay and Benefits:

$20.00 to $24.00 per hour, depending on education and experience.
