Responsibilities

Job Purpose

 

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting the Community Association Manager in various projects related to the

Verandah community. Maintaining customer database and project reports. Organizing and delivering resident communications.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

 

This is an on-site position with diverse responsibilities that require attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work with various technology and managing to specified timelines.

  • Work directly with Assistant Manager and General Manager, assisting with daily operations and special projects.
  • Assist with resident registration and guests.
  • Coordinate resident educational seminars.
  • Respond to resident requests.
  • Create and distribute resident communication.
  • Monitor and update website information.
  • Record and track compliance information through Association database.
  • Assist with Design Review Committee submittal process and inspections.
  • Monitor software database to uphold guideline standards.
  • Maintain resident database and produce various reports.
  • Assist in the coordination of projects.
  • Process lease contracts.
  • Support meetings of the Board of Directors
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Attributes 

  • Self-starter with motivation to complete assigned tasks. Dedication, Commitment,Integrity, Honesty, and the desire to strive for excellent performance in self Exhibit leadership characteristics, organizational skills,and attention to detail.
  • Must be customer service oriented, as it relates to dealing with residents and committees within the Verandah Community Association
  • To excel and be able to design and execute a plan to achieve objectives.
  • Requires the ability to maintain professional relations in dealing with clientele of the Verandah Community Association and construction/service providers for the community.
  • Must be courteous and reasonable with co-workers, customers, and vendors.
  • Commitment to Association values and goals.
  • Proficient in Microsoft programs, computer and internet skills. The ability to learn various computer database and website programs.

 

Pay and Benefits:

$18.00 to $20.00, depending on education and experience.
