Responsibilities

Provides support to the Onsite General Manager while ensuring the values and culture of VCM, Inc., are demonstrated at all times.  Responsibilities will include working with the General Manager and company leadership to help create each community’s vision.  Previous work with gate access systems is preferred.  A successful candidate must commit to exceptional customer service and quality control.

 

Position Responsibilities

  • At all times, demonstrate and promote the mission, values, and culture of VCM, Inc.
  • Assist with Violation Inspection Drive on a bi-weekly basis.
  • Assist with resale inspections- CCIs
  • Assist and Oversee ACC requests for the team as assigned
  • Handle all Board Binders for newly elected board members
  • Assist in preparing Violations and preparing Community Inspection Reports as assigned.
  • Coordinate board and annual meeting reservations
  • Prepare copies for the board and annual meetings
  • Keep meeting calendar up-to-date and organized
  • Coordinate community-wide mailings and SouthData uploads for Management Team
  • Coordinate monthly emails through NabrNetwork
  • Overseeing or stepping into a Managers Portfolio/Onsite as needed/assigned for assistance
  • Additional duties, as assigned by the Onsite General Manager

Qualifications

  • 1 year of apartment, commercial or property management experience required
  • Previous Homeowner Association (HOA) management experience strongly desired
  • Microsoft Office products
  • Communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Service orientation
  • Responsiveness and follow up
  • Multi-tasking - Ability to handle multiple tasks/situations at one time

 

Pay and Benefits:

$23.00   to $26.00, depending on education and experience.
