Responsibilities

A successful candidate for this role will demonstrate they are able to:

  • Monitor amenity usage on a regular and consistent schedule in person and via surveillance cameras
  • Ensure only authorized people use the amenities,
  • All components of the amenities are operating correctly
  • Monitor and report if something is broken or vandalized, it's reported to management and maintenance.
  • Plus other work related tasks as needed

 

 

Hours for this role will vary, to ensure times of high amenity usage are covered by this role, to include nights and weekends.

Qualifications

  • Candidates will have strong communication and organization skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Background screening and pre-employment drug screening required.
  • Ability to utilize technology is mandatory.

 

Pay and Benefits:

$23.00   to $26.00, depending on education and experience.
