Responsibilities

Job Summary:

 

Stonebridge Ranch is a master planned community 35 miles Northeast of Dallas on 5,000 acres in McKinney, Texas and contains 10,000 single family homes and 35,000 residents.  The General Manager manages the Stonebridge Ranch Community Association operations, finances, and business.

 

Expected work and performance:

  • Accountability for the operation and responsible financial management of the association following GrandManors and Stonebridge Ranch Community Association policies, guidelines, and contracts.
  • Identifies and implements effective solutions to complex problems by prioritizing tasks, defining actions and contingencies, communicating direction, and setting expectations.
  • Support the association’s Board of Directors with advisement, reporting, and status of association business and activities.
  • Oversight of on-site operations, maintenance, landscape and grounds, lifestyle, communications, and compliance departments,
  • Supervise and mentor direct report managers and their staff.  Manage performance, career development, and retention of 10+ employees.
  • Additional accountabilities and duties as needed

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Experience as an on-site general manager or equivalent of a homeowner’s association containing greater than 1,000 single family homes
  • Experience managing a homeowner’s association annual operations and investments greater than $5 million
  • Experience managing a team of 10 employees
  • Current Community Associations Institute (CAI) professional credentials
  • Related college degree preferred
  • 5+ years related experience preferred

Pay and Benefits:

$110,000   to $135,000, depending on education and experience.
