Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring incoming staff complies with company policy
  • Training staff to follow restaurant procedures
  • Maintaining safety and food quality standards
  • Keeping customers happy and handling complaints
  • Organizing schedules
  • Keeping track of employees’ hours with the partnership of the general manager
  • Ordering food, linens, gloves, and other supplies while staying within budget limitations
  • Supervising daily shift operations and cover for staff that has called out or on vacation, as needed
  • Ensuring all end-of-day cashouts are correctly completed
  • Coordinating daily front- and back-of-house restaurant operations
  • Controlling operational costs and identifying ways to cut waste
  • Appraising staff performance and providing feedback to the general manager
  • Interacting with guests to get feedback on product quality and service levels
  • Plus other work related tasks as needed

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one to three years in restaurant operations and/or management, required;
  • Customer service focused; A desire and enthusiasm for their client daily
  • Relationship-focused: Due to the location of the restaurant in the HOA clubhouse, a lot of the restaurant visitors are regulars

Pay and Benefits:

$18.50 per hour, depending on education and experience.
