Responsibilities

The Night Watch is responsible for monitoring designated areas, responding to emergencies, and reporting any suspicious activities or incidents.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Monitoring Walks: Conduct regular walks of the premises for any signs of intrusion, vandalism, or suspicious activities.
  2. Surveillance: Use surveillance equipment to monitor the property and detect any disturbances.
  3. Emergency Response: Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents, taking appropriate actions as needed, such as contacting law enforcement or emergency services.
  4. Parking Control: Monitor parking entry and exit, ensuring only authorized individuals enter the premises.
  5. Reporting: Maintain detailed logs and reports of all activities, incidents, or irregularities observed during the shift. Report incidents to appropriate authorities or supervisors.
  6. Safety Checks: Ensure that all applicable doors are properly secured. Check for fire hazards, leaks, or any other safety concerns and report them immediately.
  7. Customer Service: Provide assistance to residents, guests, or employees when needed. Offer guidance or directions as required.
  8. Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning. Report any malfunctions or issues for maintenance or repair.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work independently and remain alert and attentive during nighttime hours.
  • Strong observational and communication skills.
  • Physical fitness and ability to walk or stand for extended periods.

Working Conditions:

  • Night shifts, which may include weekends and holidays.
  • Indoor and outdoor walks, exposure to varying weather conditions.

Benefits Summary:

  • $1000.00 sign on bonus if hired
  • $250/mo Housing Stipend to be paid until April 2024

Pay and Benefits:

$20 to $25, depending on education and experience
