Responsibilities

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to fill the role of Project Manager within our (IMO) Integration Management Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to completion for our acquired markets. This position is helping complete all of the tasks associated with a successful M&A integration and not necessarily IT related.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manages M&A projects throughout the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure adherence to project milestones and deadlines.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and escalate as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • Conduct business analysis activities, including gathering and documenting business requirements and use cases.
  • Translate business requirements into project documentation.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project deliverables with business objectives.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Lead post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Plus other work related tasks as needed

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in project management and business analysis roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects of varying size and complexity.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and business analysis techniques.
  • Experience with project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and/or business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is preferred but not required.
