Full Time Inspector needed for homeowners association property (HOA) management company.  

Will need to use their own vehicle and will paid mileage and hr rate.

Properties to inspect are in/around Austin area. As far North as Killeen and South to San Marcos and from East to west area. Schedule will be 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday.

Job duties will include driving properties throughout area, documenting property code violations per restrictions per neighborhood. 

• Must have own vehicle, clean driving record and be detail oriented.
• Background screening and pre-employment drug screening required.
• Ability to utilize technology is mandatory.

Pay and Benefits:

$15.00 to $16.00 + mileage, depending on education and experience.
